Freedom Announce Upcoming Promotions

FLORENCE, KY - Only 9 home game remain for the Florence Freedom at University of Cincinnati Medical Center Stadium in 2013, and the promotions schedule is stacked for an incredible ending.
The most notable promotions include Rozzi fireworks and fan appreciation night on Friday, August 23, with giveaways such as golf bags, UK and Bengals area rugs, annual passes to the Newport Aquarium, $50 gift cards to Morris Home Furnishings and more!
August 24 will include a double fireworks show along with a bicycle helmet giveaway for kids.
August 25 is are you ready for football night with the first 1,500 tickets receiving the Red Rifle Bobblehead, given out 1 per two tickets through the gates.
The full promotions slate to wrap up the season starts on Wednesday, August 21 when the Freedom take on the Windy City Thunderbolts in a doubleheader beginning at 5:45pm. Promotions include:
- Guaranteed Victory! The Freedom win, or you come back on us!
- Furthest Drive Contest! All fans can compete to see who can smack a baseball the furthest. Longest drive between games win a Freedom Autograph baseball bat!
Thursday, August 22 is Thirsty Thursday at the ballpark. Promotions include:
- $1 beer, soda & ice cream sandwiches
- Post-game concert by Philosopher's Stone
Friday, August 23 is a Fireworks Friday. Promotions include:
- Post-game Rozzi fireworks
- Toy giveaways for kids
- Fan appreciation night w/ 27 valuable giveaways (one per opponent out)
Saturday, August 24 is a Rockin' Saturday. Promotions include:
- Double Rozzi Fireworks show (same length, twice as intense!)
- Hit for the Harley Promotion (Fan could win $25,000 Harley!)
- Back-to-Back Cracks promotion (Fan could win $10,000 cash!)
- Triple Play promotion (Fan could win $10,000 ultimate vacation!)
- Bicycle helmet giveaway to first 600 kids
- Post-game concert by Doghouse
- Picnic on the Park (for those with special pre-game vouchers, Picnic on the Park starts at 5:05pm)
Sunday, August 25 is a Family Sunday. Promotions include:
- Red Rifle bobblehead giveaway to first 1,500 tickets. One bobblehead given per two tickets.
- Kids run the bases post-game
- Post-game autograph session w/ Freedom players
- Newport Aquarium animal booth for kids
Tuesday, September 3 is Striking Out Cancer Night. Promotions include:
- Over 2,000 cancer survivors being honor for their fight with complimentary tickets thanks to over 40 sponsors.
- The Diaper Doozies will be entertaining the crowd between innings
- The survivor call down will take place during the 7th inning stretch. All fighters/survivors will be welcomed down to the field to line up along the first and third base lines.
- The Freedom will be wearing pink uniforms fans can purchase via silent auction. Proceeds from the jersey sales will benefit the I Have Wings Foundation.
Wednesday, September 4 is Pizza & Pups Night at the ballpark. Promotions include:
- A ticket special of 2 reserved tickets, 1 10" Papa Johns Pizza and $5 gift certificate to Middendorf Animal Hospital for just $20. Ticket special available online only with special offer code "pizza". Every two additional reserved tickets purchased online will also receive a 10" pizza voucher and additional $5 gift certificate to Middendorf Animal Hospital.
Thursday, September 5 is Toliet Paper The Ballpark Night. Promotions include:
- Pre-game BNI dodgeball game
- Fireworks after the game
- TP the Ballpark with the Freedom thanks to Stigler Supply after the final out is made!
- $1 beer, soda & ice cream sandwiches
- Post-game music by SkutFarkis
