FC Dallas Acquires Caiser Gomes on Loan from North Texas SC

FRISCO, Texas - FC Dallas has acquired defender Caiser Gomes on loan from North Texas SC through the end of the season, the club announced today. Gomes will occupy an international slot and will be added to the roster pending receipt of his P-1 Visa and International Transfer Certificate (ITC).

Gomes, 21, joined FC Dallas' USL League One side North Texas SC on loan from F.C. Alverca in Portugal's third-division earlier this season. He has appeared in nine matches for North Texas SC. Prior to joining North Texas SC, Gomes appeared in 12 matches overall for Alverca, including Alverca's third-round match in the Taça de Portugal. Between November of 2019 and June of 2020, Gomes was loaned to fellow third-division side G.D. Fabril.
