Fresno Falcons News Release
YOU KNOW THE OLD SAYING,"YOU CAN'T WIN THEM ALL", WELL......? All good streaks must come to an end and that is what happened to your Defending Pacific Division Champion Fresno Falcons this past weekend. The Falcons took an eleven game unbeaten streak in to this past weekend's action and lost two close home games to Utah and one very close game yesterday in Bakersfield to the Evil Condors. The Falcons are currently only two points out of first place behind Las Vegas.
The ECHL is recessing for the Annual All Star Break in Boise, Idaho today through Wednesday. Your Fresno Falcons are represented at the All Star Game by Luke Curtin, Ryan MacDonald and Tom Walsh. The game will be played Wednesday night in Boise at 6:15pm Fresno time and may be heard live on AM 1550 Sporting News Radio. The Falcons return from the break to play at Stockton this Friday night and at Long Beach this Saturday night before returning home on Tuesday, January 23 to play the Long Beach Ice Dogs at 7pm on a Carl's Jr. Two for Tuesday game. Fans may stop by Carl's Jr. to pick up a 2 for 1 hockey ticket offer.
Tickets for all Falcons home games are on sale at the Save Mart Center and Ticketmaster. For more information call the Falcons at 485-PUCK!
