----- Tonight, the SeaWolves continue a six-game homestand as they take on the Trenton Thunder (New York Yankees) in the middle game of a three-game series at Jerry Uht Park. Last night, the SeaWolves snapped a three-game losing streak to Trenton with a 5-0 shutout win in the opening game of the series. Erie has won two straight and three of the last four games. The SeaWolves are also 13-4 in their last 17 home games...Today, righty Zack Segovia takes the mound for the SeaWolves making his 12th start and fourth against Trenton. Segovia has dropped three of his last four starts and is 1-2 against the Thunder. Segovia took his fifth loss in his last start against the Thunder on May 31. In the game, he allowed a season-high seven runs on seven hits with a walk and three strikeouts in 4.1 innings of work. Erie suffered it's most lop-sided loss of the season in the game 11-0...Trenton sends lefty Vidal Nuno takes the mound for Trenton making his fourth start and first against Erie. Nuno has not allowed an earned run in three starts for Trenton (He allowed four unearned runs in a loss at RIC on 5/27). Nuno tossed seven shutout innings in his last start against New Hampshire on June 1. He allowed just three hits with a walk and five strikeouts in the game...The SeaWolves can get back over the .500 mark with a win tonight. Erie has twice been two games over .500 this season (high water mark)...The 'Wolves have won back-to-back games against Trenton once this season (April 25-26).
