WILKES-BARRE, PA - The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned center Shane Endicott to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, it was announced today by General Manager Craig Patrick.

Endicott, 24, appeared in 41 games with Pittsburgh this season, recording two points (1+1) and 43 penalty minutes with a minus-9 rating. He has appeared in 45 games during his NHL career, posting three points (1+2) and 47 penalty minutes.

The 6-4 and 211-pound center has appeared in six games this season with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, tallying two assists and four penalty minutes with a minus-1 rating.

The native of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan was drafted by the Penguins in the second round (52nd overall) off the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.
