BRAMPTON, ON - November 29, 2015 - The Elmira Jackals, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and the AHL's Rochester Americans, head north to Brampton, Ontario for today's afternoon matchup against the Brampton Beast.

MAGNIFYING THE MATCHUP
This afternoon the Jackals venture north of the border for the first time this season as they meet the Brampton Beast at the Powerade Centre. This meeting marks the third of 11 overall and the first of five in Brampton. The Jackals visited the Powerade Centre three times last season and finished with a 2-1-0 mark. Allan McPherson led the Jackals with five assists in the two victories over the Beast. This season, Elmira hosted Brampton twice, splitting the contests 4-2 and 4-1. In the first meeting, Cason Hohmann, Mike Seidel, Allan McPherson and Matt Garbowsky scored for Elmira while Sam Marotta stopped 19 shots to earn the victory. Brampton's win on November 14th marked its first ever win at First Arena. The Jackals all-time record versus Brampton is 6-2-0.
