Eagles Shut Out by Condors 4-0

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. ""The Colorado Eagles (33-18-0-2) fell hard to the Bakersfield Condors (22-23-2-4) as they were shutout, 4-0, on Saturday night at Rabobank Arena.

Condors forward Ryan Watson found the back of the net first from just above the hashes to gain the 1-0 edge over the Eagles, 15:46 into the first frame.

After a scoreless second period Bakersfield would take the 2-0 lead with a shorthanded goal scored on a breakaway by forward Jordan Kremyr. Less than two minutes later rookie forward Andrew Radjenovic scored his first professional goal, beating Eagles netminder Clarke Saunders from the top of the circle to give the Condors the 3-0 advantage. With just three minutes left in the third period, Condors forward Jonathan Lessard took advantage of a turnover in the neutral zone and gave Bakersfield the 4-0 lead over Colorado. Condors goalie Maxime Lagace held off all 28 of Colorado's shots to claim the shutout victory for Bakersfield.
