
Dusbabek Released From PTO

BRIDGEPORT, CT â The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, have released Right Wing Joe Dusbabek from his professional tryout contract. Dusbabek signed with the Sound Tigers this past Saturday and appeared in both road games versus the Norfolk Admirals this past weekend. He will rejoin the ECHL's Roanoke Express with whom he has played his entire four-year, professional career.
The Sound Tigers will continue a stretch of six straight road games and eight of ten away from home when they visit the Providence Bruins this Friday at 7:05 p.m. and the Hershey Bears this Saturday at 7 p.m. Both games will be broadcast live on 600 WICC-AM and at www.soundtigers.com. The Sound Tigers will also visit the Albany River Rats; at the home of their NHL affiliate, the New Jersey Devils; on Thursday, January 22nd and the Philadelphia Phantoms on Friday, January 23rd. The Sound Tigers' next home game will be Saturday, January 24th when they host Albany at 7:05 p.m.
Sound Tigers individual-game tickets are on sale at the Harbor Yard box office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and on all game days, as well as on-line at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 203-368-1000.
