Admirals Announce Game Time Change
January 12, 2004 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Norfolk Admirals News Release
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. â The Norfolk Admirals announced today that their January 18 contest at the Philadelphia Phantoms has been rescheduled from 5:05 p.m. to 1:05 p.m.
Due to the NFL Philadelphia Eagles' home playoff game set for 6:45 p.m. that day, the time change was made to better facilitate the flow of traffic coming in and out of the Phantoms game and alleviate parking problems for the patrons.
The Admirals' next home game is Wednesday, January 14 versus the Hershey Bears (Colorado Avalanche/Tampa Bay Lightning) at 7:15 p.m. The Blue and Gold then visit the Lowell Lock Monsters (Carolina Hurricanes) on Friday, January 16 at 7:00 p.m. and the Binghamton Senators (Ottawa Senators) on Saturday, January 17 at 7:30 p.m. before facing the Phantoms on Sunday.
All games are broadcast on the Admirals' Flagship Station, AM-1230 WJOI. The games are also cybercast on the World Wide Web at SportsJuice.com. Go to www.SportsJuice.com, or click on the link at www.norfolkadmirals.com. Pre-game broadcasts begin 15 minutes prior to game starting time.
