
Devil Rays to have three home games televised in 2005

Southwest Michigan Devil Rays News Release
The Southwest Michigan Devil Rays are proud to announce an agreement with Comcast Local for three live telecasts from C.O. Brown Stadium in 2005.
The first game will this Thursday, June 9, at 7:05 p.m. against the West Michigan Whitecaps. This will be seen on local Comcast Channel 96 in Battle Creek. This partnership is the first of its kind in franchise history. The other two dates are Wednesday, July 13 against the Lansing Lugnuts and Sunday, July 24 against the Whitecaps.
"By reaching this agreement with Comcast Local, we are able to reach out to the many Southwest Michigan fans who may not regularly attend our games," Devil Rays General Manager Martie Cordaro said. "This further shows our commitment to building a long-term, successful franchise in Southwest Michigan."
