
Defenceman David Turon recalled from Pensacola

The St. John's Maple Leafs announced today that defenceman David Turon has been recalled from the Pensacola Ice Pilots of the ECHL. Turon has eight points (2G,6A) and 14 penalty minutes in 24 games with the Ice Pilots this season. Turon was Toronto's 4th choice, 122nd overall in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.
The St. John's Maple Leafs host the Hamilton Bulldogs tonight & Wednesday. Game times are 7:35pm and will be broadcast live on Radio NL (930AM) and www.sjmapleleafs.ca.
