
Wolves Ultimate Broomball Debuts on Jan. 9

The Chicago Wolves will host "Wolves Ultimate Broomball," pitting The Eric and Kathy Morning Show on 101.9 FM The Mix against Paul Konrad, Mike Barz, Larry Potash, Julie Unruh and a team from the WGN TV Morning News during the first intermission when the Wolves face off against the San Antonio Rampage on Sun., Jan. 9, at 3 p.m.
"WGN TV is proud to deliver a good spanking to our friends at The Mix,"said Konrad, weatherman on the WGN TV Morning News. "They better be ready for a display of skill and talent that will put everyone on notice. We mean business."
"I don¹t care if we win or lose, all I know is someone is going down and it's going to be cheap and uncalled for," said Eric Ferguson, co-host of The Eric and Kathy Morning Show.
Select players from both teams will participate in some of the in-arena promotions, which includes having Ferguson and Konrad  captains of their respective teams  each participate in a ceremonial puck drop before the Wolves game.
