David Gilbert Returns to Toledo

(Toledo, OH) - The Toledo Walleye and Head Coach Nick Vitucci announced today that forward David Gilbert has been reassigned to Toledo from the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL.
Gilbert has appeared in 23 games so far this season with Rockford, collecting a goal and four assists. The first year forward from Chateauguay, Quebec has seven points (1g, 6a) in 10 games with Toledo. The 2009 draft pick of Chicago (7th round) scored 70 goals while collecting 86 assists in his junior career.
