Kalamazoo Wings News Release
Kalamazoo, MI- Wings Stadium, which is also home to The Annex and The Cube, announces that the Complex in conjunction with the Kalamazoo Optimist Hockey Association (KOHA) will host a "Try Hockey for Free" on Saturday, February 18th from 12-2 p.m.
Part of a USA Hockey initiative, the Wings Stadium Complex will be one of over 430 sites across the country that will host "Try Hockey for Free" events on February 18th. This event is designed to introduce kids ages 4-9 to the sport of youth hockey.
This is the second "Try Hockey for Free" that Wings Stadium has hosted this season. Back on November 5th, the complex held a successful clinic that was attended by many interested kids and parents of the sport of hockey.
Parents interested in registering their children for this FREE event can register online at www.tryhockeyforfree.com.
Skates and other hockey equipment will be provided for use during the event for participants.
