Las Vegas - In the first of a three-game road series, the Las Vegas Wranglers secured a 3-2 overtime win tonight against the Colorado Eagles.

Eagles forward Riley Nelson netted the first goal of the game midway through the first period. Wranglers center Eric Lampe tied it up 1-1 five minutes into the second frame, but forward Adam Chorneyko tallied a power play goal to regain a 2-1 Colorado lead less than 10 minutes later.
