Darius Johnson-Odom Named to Midseason Western Conference All-NBA G League Team

Des Moines, Iowa - The NBA G League today announced that Iowa Wolves guard Darius Johnson-Odom has been named to the Midseason All-NBA G League Western Conference Team.

Johnson-Odom has appeared in all 37 games for Iowa this season, averaging a team-high 22.4 points while shooting 50.2% from the field. The former Marquette standout leads the NBA G League in total points scored (827) and free throws made (186) while shooting an 81.9% clip from the line.

The veteran guard has scored at least 10 points in all but two games this season and has scored at least 30 points in five contests, including a season-high 36 points on Dec. 17 against the Sioux Falls Skyforce. In addition, Johnson-Odom is contributing 4.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.4 steals per game.

The former 2012 NBA second-round draft pick is enjoying career highs in points per game (22.4), field goal percentage (50.2%) and free throw percentage (81.9%).

Eligibility for players to be selected for recognition is based on having played in 50 percent of their team's games through Jan. 22nd and being on an active roster. Two-way players and players on assignment from the NBA are eligible to both vote for and receive Midseason All-NBA G League recognition.
