Dallas Stars Return Chris Mueller to Texas Stars

CEDAR PARK, Texas - The Texas Stars, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the Dallas Stars, announced today that Dallas has returned center Chris Mueller on loan to Texas.

Mueller, 28, was recalled by Dallas on March 11th and registered two shots on goal and won three-of-five faceoffs (60.0%) at St. Louis. He is fourth on Texas with 53 points (24 goals, 29 assists) in 57 games played and is tied for the AHL lead with 14 power play goals. The 5-foot-11, 210-pound native of West Seneca, New York was signed by Dallas as a free agent on July 8, 2013.

The Dallas Stars' next game is on Friday, March 14th as they host the Vancouver Canucks for a 7:30 p.m. faceoff at American Airlines Center.

The Texas Stars are back in action at Cedar Park Center tonight at 7:30 p.m. as they complete their eight-game season series against the Charlotte Checkers.
