SAN ANTONIO (March 12, 2014) - San Antonio Rampage General Manager Mike Santos announced Wednesday that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has recalled forward Jonathan Hazen from the club's ECHL affiliate, the Cincinnati Cyclones.
It's the first recall this season for Hazen, who split time with the Rampage and the Cyclones during the 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons. In 52 games for Cincinnati this year, Hazen has tallied 20 goals and 45 points.
He played in 48 games with the Rampage last season, finishing with two goals and 14 points. In a combined 57 games for San Antonio, Hazen has put up three goals and 14 points. He has 38 goals and 48 assists in a combined 112 games for the Cyclones over the last three seasons.
The Val-Belair, QC native played with the Val d'Or Foreurs (QMJHL) from 2007-11 and finished top-four in scoring in each of his final three seasons.
