Florida Panthers Recall F Quinton Howden and D Alex Petrovic

SUNRISE, Fla. - Florida Panthers Executive Vice President & General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has recalled F Quinton Howden and D Alex Petrovic and reassigned D Mike Mottau to the San Antonio Rampage (AHL).
Howden, 22, has played in 57 games for San Antonio this season recording 27 points (10-17-27). The Winnipeg, MB native has played in 18 career games with the Panthers (2012-13).
Petrovic, 22, has played in 43 games for San Antonio this season recording 13 points (2-11-13) and 79 PIM and has played in five games for the Panthers recording six PIM and a plus-4 rating. The Edmonton, AB native has played in 11 career NHL games, recording 31 PIM, all with Florida (2012-14).
Florida plays the Tampa Bay Lightning Thursday night in Tampa at 7:30 p.m. The game can be seen live on Fox Sports Florida and heard on WSBR 740 AM and 106.3 FM ESPN (West Palm Beach).
