Coyotes Announce Affiliation Agreement With Arizona Sundogs

Glendale, Arizona --- Phoenix Coyotes Assistant General Manager Brad Treliving announced today that the Coyotes have signed a marketing/player affiliation agreement with the Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League (CHL). The agreement allows for Coyotes prospects to be assigned to the Sundogs at the direction of the Coyotes.

"We are excited to announce our affiliation agreement with the Arizona Sundogs," said Treliving. "We look forward to working with the Sundogs as we collectively continue to grow the game of hockey throughout the state of Arizona. We look forward to building a great relationship."

The San Antonio Rampage are the primary affiliate of the Coyotes with secondary affiliations with the Las Vegas Wranglers (ECHL) and Arizona Sundogs (CHL).

The Arizona Sundogs are a double-A minor-league professional ice hockey team based in Prescott Valley, Arizona that began play in the Central Hockey League in 2006 and is set to celebrate its fifth anniversary season in 2010-11. The team plays its home games at Tim's Toyota Center.
