Kalamazoo Wings News Release
For the just the second time this season, the Kalamazoo Wings will battle the Toledo Walleye. Kalamazoo defeated Toledo 6-3 back on October 21st at Wings Stadium. All-time, the K-Wings are 17-6-3-2 versus Walleye, which includes a record 7-3-3-1 at the Huntington Center.
Earning a 4-3 overtime victory last night versus the Chicago Express, the K-Wings are back to within a single point for first place in the North Division. Tonight starts a brief two-game road swing for the K-Wings, who enter the afternoon with a record of 6-4-0-2 away from Wings Stadium.
After playing in Cincinnati last night, Toledo returns home for a single game before they head back onto the road for a four-game road trip. The Walleye, who are winless in their last two games, fell into fourth place in the North Division with a 3-2 lost yesterday to the Cyclones.

Back on the Road
After one night at home, the K-Wings are returning to the road for a two-game trip. Kalamazoo is in the midst of a stretch that will keep them away from home for six out of seven games.
Strong Effort
Forward Dean Strong posted two goals in the K-Wings 4-3 overtime victory and now is tied for the team-lead with 10 for the season. The game was Strong's second multi-goal game of the year, which is second behind forward Brandon Svendsen (3).
First Day of the Week
Today is the second of nine Sunday games for the K-Wings. On the season, Kalamazoo is 1-0-0-0 in games played on the first day of the week.
Snapping a Streak
Kalamazoo enters the Huntington Center looking to snap a streak. The K-Wings have lost two straight on the road, which ties their season-high.
