The Situation
The Grizzlies are 7-2-1-0 in their last 10 games and sit six points above Alaska for the fourth playoff spot in the Pacific Division. Utah trails Ontario by five points for third place in the division.

Final Month
The Grizzlies have exactly a month left in the regular season with seven home games and six road games remaining. After this weekend, they will open a seven-game home stand over three weekends.
Playoff Situation
The Grizzlies magic number for clinching their ninth playoff berth in ten ECHL seasons is 27. With each Utah win, the number will shave by 2, same with each Alaska lost.
Good Starts
Utah has scored the first goal in nine of their last eleven games and hasn't allowed a first period goal in nine of their last ten games. Utah is 21-5-4-2 when scoring the game's first goal and 16-2-4-1 when leading after one period.
Nine-Game Scoring Streak
January trade acquisition Ryan Hayes has a team season-high nine-game scoring streak with nine goals and three assists. Leading scorer Michael Pelech previously had two eight-game scoring streaks.

Hayes leads Utah with 13 goals since being acquired from Stockton on January 16. He has scored Utah's game-winning goal in four of their last six wins and is tied for third in the ECHL with six game-winning goals.
The Trip
Utah heads to Bakersfield for the fifth time this season. The Grizzlies are 4-1-1-0 at Rabobank Arena this year. Utah is 5-3-0-1 overall against the Reign this season. Utah took two of three from Ontario this past weekend and complete five games in ten days with Ontario this weekend.

Shula's 347 Grill at Embassy Suites is inviting Grizzlies fans to take their ticket stubs in before or after games to buy one burger and get one burger half off and they also have unveiled some tasty new appetizers. Shula's is located inside Embassy Suites on 3500 South across from Valley Fair Mall.

Tickets for all Grizzlies home games are on sale now at www.utahgrizzlies.com, Maverik Center box office or any Ticketmaster location. Season ticket packages starting at $29 for three games, group discounts for parties of 10 or more and luxury suites for 16-88 people are available through the Grizzlies corporate offices by calling (801) 988-8000.
Broadcasts
All Grizzlies broadcasts can be heard on 1320 KFAN with Adrian Denny in his 10th season as the "Voice of the Grizzlies." Denny is once again joined for all Grizzlies home games by 1320 KFAN Program Director and host of "Monty in the Morning" Tim Montemayor. Grizzlies broadcasts can be seen on PPV at ECHL.TV and also heard on 1320KFAN.com and iHeart Radio by searching "1320 KFAN." The Grizzlies will be back on My Utah TV Saturday, March 21 and Saturday, March 28 as KUTV's Talkin' Sports Adam Mikulich once again joins the coverage on 2.2, 12 on satellite and 22 on cable.
