Bulldogs Top Scoring Defenceman Returns

The Edmonton Oilers, a parent club of the AHL's Hamilton Bulldogs, have assigned defenceman Marc-Andre Bergeron to Hamilton.

Bergeron, a 22-year-old native of St-Louis-de-France, Quebec, has played in 65 games for the Bulldogs this season and is the team's leading scorer among defenceman with 37 points (7g-30a-37pts). The 5'10, 190 pound defenceman also leads the AHL in plus/minus with a +34 rating. Bergeron was originally recalled by the Oilers on March 5th and did not play in any games.
