Bulldogs Acquire Hidi from Knights

HAMILTON, ONT. - The Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club announced today they have acquired forward Jack Hidi from the London Knights in exchange for Hamilton's 10th round pick in 2017.

Hidi, 20, has spent the last two seasons in London where he has potted seven goals and six assists in 48 games. The 6'1" 205 pound forward was selected by Barrie in the 2011 OHL Priority Selection.

Head Coach and General Manager George Burnett says, "We look for Jack to contribute veteran leadership and to support our young group here in Hamilton."

The 'Dogs are back in action tonight when they visit the Kitchener Rangers at 7:30p.m. Hamilton returns to the FirstOntario Centre on Friday, January 15th against the Barrie Colts.
