Braves Team with Red Cross to Help Area Storm Victims

Rome, GA - The Rome Braves are teaming with the Red Cross to help provide assistance for the community after the devastating weather the area experienced Wednesday.
The Braves will be excepting monetary donations for the Red Cross and most importantly toiletry items are needed. Items such as toilet paper, shampoo, and toothpaste can be dropped off at State Mutual Stadium. These Items are needed for those who suffered damage during the storm.
"Many of our fans, friends, families, and strangers have suffered from the tornadoes that hit the area on Wednesday," says Rome Braves General Manager Michael Dunn. "I hope we are able to rally the community to offer support to them during this difficult time. Both the Atlanta Braves and the Rome Braves will be actively engaged in this endeavor to help those less fortunate."
