*Tonight: *The Gnats, SAL affiliate of the New York Mets, look to snap a five-game losing streak in game four of a five-game series in Delmarva against the Shorebirds, SAL affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. This is the second five-game losing streak for Savannah this year. Tonight will be game four of a nine-game road trip to Delmarva and Lakewood. The Gnats are 2-8 on the road in 2011, all against Northern Division teams. Savannah's next home game is Thursday, May 5th.

*Last Night:* Shorebirds SS *Manny Machado* tied the game at 2-2 with a solo home run in the sixth inning and gave the 'Birds a 3-2 lead with an RBI double in the seventh on the way to a 5-2 win for Delmarva. Both Savannah runs scored on solo home runs from *Blake Forsythe* in the second inning and *Aderlin Rodriguez* in the fourth.
*Now Pitching:* LHP *Chase Huchingson* is scheduled to make his second start and his fourth appearance as a Sand Gnat tonight. Huchingson, who did not allow a run in his first two appearances, gave up five runs, all earned, on five hits and two walks in four innings in relief of *Gonzalez Germen* in his last appearance in a 6-3 loss to Lexington last Friday. Huchingson pitched for the Kingsport Mets in the Appalachian League in 2010, going 0-1 with a 4.09 ERA in five games, including two starts. In 11 innings pitched, he gave up six runs, five earned, on nine hits and five walks while fanning 13. The Mets signed Huchingson as a non-drafted free agent out of the University of Central Arkansas in 2010. Huchingson was an outfielder and a pitcher for the UCA Bears. He hit .236 in 89 AB and on the mound was 1-4 with an 8.36 ERA in 10 starts and 13 appearances overall with 32 strikeouts in 42 innings.

*Totally Tovar: *SS/2B *Wilfredo Tovar* rides a personal-best six-game hitting streak, over which time he is 11-for-21 (.524) with two doubles, two RBI, four walks and six runs scored. Tovar is the fifth-toughest hitter in the SAL to strikeout has he's fanned just once every 11.8 at-bats. He's up to .286/.348/.365 (AVG/OBP/SLG) in his 17 games of 2011.
