
Blight is Rookie of the Month

(Toledo, OH) The Toledo Storm of the ECHL announced today that Chris Blight is the CCM Vector ECHL Rookie of the Month for March.
Chris, a runner up for this award in January, led Toledo with 20 points (7g, 13a) in March as Toledo went a stellar 12-4-0. Blight started the month with 3 consecutive multiple point games in route to scoring at least a point in 10 of Toledo's 16 games. For the season, Chris has scored 27 goals while adding 32 assists. His 59 points is tenth most among first year players, and he ranks second on the Storm behind fellow rookie Bracken Kearns in scoring.
