The BEARS again rallied from two goals down to earn a point, but fell in sudden death 3-2 against the Phantoms at the Wachovia Spectrum.

The two teams battled to a scoreless first period, with HERSHEY outshooting Philadelphia 12-7. The game remained 0-0 until late in the second period when Ben Eager scored his second goal of the season at 17:26 to give the Phantoms a 1-0 lead.
