The two teams close out the weekend series Saturday evening with a 7 p.m. puck drop scheduled. Saturday night is the annual Teddy Bear Toss Night.ÃâàThe Barons are looking for new and gently used stuffed animals for donation to EMSA.ÃâàWhen the Barons score their first goal against the Texas Stars on December 21, the fans will be asked to throw their stuffed animals toward the ice. The stuffed animals will be collected and donated to EMSA for use in breaking the ice with children who have been involved in a traumatic incident.
The game also features an opportunity to own a festive piece of holiday wear decorated by the Barons players. For the third straight season, Barons players will decorate small Christmas trees in a manner that is appealing to them.ÃâàThe decorated trees will be on display on the upper concourse near The Edge Team Store where fans can place bids on the trees.ÃâàAll proceeds from the auction will benefit the Barons Buddies program.
The game on December 21 is also a Drive Away Every Saturday game.ÃâàOne lucky fan will win a 2013 Honda CR-Z.ÃâàAll you have to do is attend the game.
