Admirals Release Defenseman Kent Huskins from PTO

NORFOLK - The Norfolk Admirals have released defenseman Kent Huskins from his Professional Tryout Contract (PTO). Huskins has since been signed by the NHL's Detroit Red Wings.
Huskins appeared in two games last week after signing a PTO on January 17th. He posted one assist, two penalty minutes and a plus-1 rating in those games.
The Admirals return to Scope tomorrow night to face off against the Charlotte Checkers at 7:15 p.m. in another Admirals Value Night, with Family Fun Packs and Student Rush Night tickets available.
