Hamilton Bulldogs News Release

The Hamilton Bulldogs announced today that Ron Wilson has been relieved of his duties as assistant coach of the hockey club.

"I met with Ron earlier today and notified him that he was relieved of his duties. This was a difficult decision to make, but due to a difference in philosophy, we felt it was best to part ways. Ron has spent several years with the organization and we thank him for his loyalty and hard work and wish him the best of luck with his career in professional hockey." said Hamilton Bulldogs Head Coach Sylvain Lefebvre.

Wilson, 56, was in his ninth season with the Hamilton Bulldogs (2003-2009, 2011-2013).
