Both teams had additional quality scoring chances, combining for 24 shots, but the score remained 1-0 Alaska at first intermission.
The score stayed that way late into the second period until Tyler Ruegsegger scored on a rebound at 17:41 to extend Alaska's advantage to 2-0. The Condors outshot the Aces 10-7 in the middle frame, but the Aces took the two goal lead into the final frame.
Coleman made nine more saves in the third period to complete the shutout, and the Aces held off the Condors for the 2-0 win.
