June 12, 2026 - Johnson City, Tenn. - The Johnson City Doughboys started Thursday's game off hot, but ultimately fell to the Kingsport Axmen, 8-5, after collecting only three hits over the final six innings.
The Doughboys set the tone early with three quick runs in the bottom of the first inning. Brennan Seigler started the early momentum with a single back up the middle, then Holden Pantier brought him home with a stand-up double.

After three scoreless innings from Colin Carney, including a bases-loaded jam with no runs in the first, the Doughboys' offense came alive in the fourth. After Dallas Brooks reached on a wild pitch, strikeout and a Brennon Seigler walk, Nate Eisfelder loaded the bases with a single to left field.

June 8, 2026 - JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - The Johnson City Doughboys played in front of a packed TVA Credit Union Ballpark crowd but couldn't sustain a rhythm on the offensive side, falling against the Elizabethton River Riders, 11-1.
After a scoreless first two innings, the Doughboys opened up the scoring in the third with an RBI-double by Michael Holt. This was the fourth of his young season, scoring Gunner Skelton after a double of his own in his Johnson City debut.

Johnson City struck first in the top of the second after a scoreless first, with two home runs from Nathan Eisfelder and Zach Porter to center field. This gave the Doughboys a 3-0 lead.
