Goepfert Returns to Rays

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays and Head Coach/General Manager Jared Bednar announced today that the Hershey Bears have sent goaltender Bobby Goepfert back to South Carolina.

Goepfert, 25, has now played three games with the Hershey Bears this season going 1-0-1. The Kings Park, NY native most recently came in as relief to Daren Machesney stopping all 13 shots he faced in the third period in the Bears loss to the Houston Aeros last weekend.

The Stingrays are back in action tonight at the North Charleston Coliseum against the Elmira Jackals at 7:05 p.m. Santa Claus is coming to the Coliseum; make sure to visit and get your picture taken before Christmas.
