Johnstown Chiefs News Release
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - The Chiefs lost the second game of a home-and-home against Wheeling on Saturday night by a score of 5-4.

It was 2-0 just 18 seconds later when Jordan Morrison struck for his 8th of the season. Matt Grennier capped the first period scoring at the 7:51 mark when he beat Kris Mayotte to make it 3-0 at the end of the first.
Petr Pohl provided the Chiefs with the wake-up call they needed to start the second period. It was just 43 seconds in when Pohl took a pass from Andy Contois and beat Curtis Darling glove side to get Johnstown on the board. Kris Mayotte also was credited with an assist. Just 12 seconds later, Pohl found a streaking Blair Yaworski, who beat Darling for his 6th as a Chief, and fifth in two games, to make it 3-2. For Pohl, it was his 30th point of the season.
At the 9:53 mark Randy Rowe took a pass form Wes Clark and scored his 10th goal of the season to tie the game 3-3. Mike Knight added an assist on the goal. The Chiefs finished an explosive second period with a Sean Berkstresser goal with 1:26 left to give the Chiefs the 4-3 lead.
