July 11, 2026 - Madison, WI - The East Team rallied from a four-run deficit in the seventh inning before walking off the West Team in eight innings during the inaugural Northwoods League Softball All-Star Game at Warner Park on Saturday night. July 10, 2026 - Madison, WI - The Madison Night Mares (24-2) erased a four-run deficit with a late comeback to defeat the La Crosse Steam (10-15) on Friday night at Warner Park. La Crosse struck first with a big opening inning. Makayla Etling (UNC-Pembroke) launched a three-run home run to put the Steam ahead 3-0, and Grace Frechette (St. Cloud State University) followed later in the inning with a solo shot to extend the lead to 4-0. July 9, 2026 - La Crosse, WI - The Madison Night Mares (23-2) held off a late comeback to defeat the La Crosse Steam (10-14) on Thursday night. Madison opened the scoring in the second inning. Kyra Smith (Colorado State University) lifted a sacrifice fly to bring home the game's first run before Tia Durst (University of Washington) scored on an error later in the inning to extend the lead to 2-0.
