Aces Sweep Mercury for 2025 WNBA Championship for Third Title in Four Years

October 11, 2025 - PHOENIX - The Las Vegas Aces (4-0) capped their remarkable season with a sweep of the Phoenix Mercury (0-4), taking Game 4 of the 2025 Finals 97-86 for their third World Championship in four years. A'ja Wilson earned her second Finals M'VP honor and in doing so, became the first player in league history to be named M'VP, Defensive Player of the Year, Finals M'VP in the same season. October 10, 2025 - PHOENIX - A pair of Las Vegas Aces, A'ja Wilson and Jackie Young, were announced today as 2025 All-WNBA selections. Wilson, who this season earned a historic fourth WNBA M'VP award and third Defensive Player of the Year honor, was named All-WNBA for a sixth time, while Young collected her third All-WNBA honor.
