April 30, 2026 - The Los Angeles Lakers are relocating their NBA G League team to the Greater Palm Springs region in California, where it will be renamed the Coachella Valley Lakers. South Bay Lakers Guard RJ Davis Named to 2025-26 All-NBA G League Rookie Team

April 7, 2026 - EL SEGUNDO - South Bay Lakers guard RJ Davis has been named to the 2025-26 All-NBA G League Rookie Team. He is the ninth player in franchise history to be named to the all-rookie team. Davis appeared in 13 Tip-Off Tournament games (10 starts) for South Bay, averaging 18.8 points, 3.9 rebounds and 4.8 assists in 30.6 minutes. He also appeared in 36 regular-season contests (31 starts), averaging 18.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 4.9 assists in 29.2 minutes while shooting 45.9% from 3-point range. Los Angeles Lakers Two-Way Guard Chris Mañon Named to 2025-26 All-NBA G League Defensive Team

April 7, 2026 - EL SEGUNDO - Los Angeles Lakers two-way guard Chris Mañon has been named to the 2025-26 All-NBA G League Defensive Team. The rookie finished second in Defensive Player of the Year voting, as selected by G League head coaches and general managers. In 13 Tip-Off Tournament games, Mañon averaged a league-high 2.6 steals to go with 1.5 blocks. In 33 regular season games, the 24-year-old averaged a team-high 1.9 steals. Los Angeles Lakers Guard Kobe Bufkin and Two-Way Forward Drew Timme Named to 2025-26 All-NBA G League Second Team

April 7, 2026 - EL SEGUNDO - Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bufkin and two-way forward Drew Timme have been named to the 2025-26 All-NBA G League Second Team. The honor marks the second career selection for Timme (2024-25). Bufkin appeared in seven Tip-Off Tournament games (four starts), averaging 24.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.0 steals in 31.7 minutes.
