
Wranglers Win, 4-2, over Condors

Las Vegas, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglers beat the Bakersfield Condors 4-2 in front of 5,243 on Friday night at the Orleans Arena. The win finalizes the Wranglers' eight-game home stand with a 7-0-1 record at the Orleans Arena. Cam Bristow, Doug Wright, Tom Nelson, and Chris Kenady all scored an added an assist in the win. Leading scorer Greg Day picked up two assists in the win. Marc Magliarditi picked up his league-leading eighth win of the season stopping 31-33 Condors shots. Las Vegas heads out on a seven game road trip starting Saturday night in Long Beach at 7:00.
After a scoreless first period, Tom Nelson scored on the power play to give the Wranglers a 1-0 lead. Moments later, Bakersfield's Denis Ladouceur tied the game at one. The Wranglers regained the lead before the end of the second period as Doug Wright set up Cam Bristow for his second of the season making it 2-1 Las Vegas.
The Wranglers extended the lead by to three with two unanswered goals in the third period. Doug Wright scored his second of the season followed Chris Kenady's sixth of the year making it 4-1 Wranglers. Kevin Riehl would cut the lead in half with his first of the season for the final score of 4-2 Las Vegas.
The Wranglers return home from a seven game road trip on Friday, November 28th at 7:05 against the Alaska Aces. .. The first 1,000 fans through the gates of the Orleans Arena will receive a Mullet wig.
