Wranglers Round Up Monthly Awards

Las Vegas, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglers announced today goaltender Marc Magliarditi and right wing Justin Kelly were both recipients of ECHL monthly awards. Magliarditi was awarded the Sun Bank Saver of the Month award as the league's top goaltender. Kelly was honored as the league's C & T Plus Performer of the Month and he finished runner-up for ECHL Rookie of the Month.

Marc Magliarditi stopped 170 of 180 shots for the month of October. The Wranglers' netminder led the league with a 5-0-0 record. His five wins were tops for the month. The 27-year old finished the month with a 1.98 goals against average and a save percentage of ..944. Magliarditi is 6-0-1 on the season, with a 2.67 goals against average. His six wins, 427 minutes played, and 228 saves are all tops in the ECHL.

Kelly finished October with a league best +9 rating. The rookie also finished as the runner-up for Rookie of the Month with nine points in seven games. The 22-year old has scored a point in all of the Wranglers first nine games. Kelly is currently second in the league with a +12 rating. The Abbotsford, BC native is tied for the league lead among rookies with 11 points (3G-8A) in nine games played.

The Wranglers host the Alaska Aces tonight at 7:05.
