ROANOKE, VA â The Roanoke Express has moved its corporate offices from its previous location on Franklin Rd. in Roanoke, to downtown Roanoke. The following is the new information, and is effective immediately.

The new offices are located directly above the Metro Restaurant, and can be reached via, the elevator in the lobby of Metro.
