The Wolves broke a 2-2 deadlock early in the third period and went on to knock off the Milwaukee Admirals, 3-2, at the Allstate Arena
Forwards JARED ROSS and RAMZI ABID each posted a goal and an assist while center KEVIN DOELL tallied the game-winner
Goaltender TUOMAS TARKKI recorded 23 saves on 25 shots

Chicago knotted the game early in the third then went on to defeat the Peoria Rivermen, 4-3, in the shootout at Carver Arena in Peoria
Forwards RAMZI ABID (G, A) and JARED ROSS (2A) each tallied multiple points
Netminder TUOMAS TARKKI turned aside 27 of 30 shots in regulation and overtime and four of the five shootout attempts he faced

JARED ROSS: Currently on a five-game point streak (Nov. 4 - present), registering his first two career AHL goals and five assists during that span ... Paces the Wolves with 10 assists and shares the team-lead with +6 plus/minus rating in 10 contests ... Ranks third on the club with 12 points ... Recorded a plus or even mark in nine of his 10 games this season
TUOMAS TARKKI: Earned wins in his first two career AHL starts last week, becoming the first Wolves netminder to collect consecutive wins this season ... Registered a 2.40 goals-against average and a .909 save percentage in two contests last week ... Posted a 0-1-1 record with a 2.41 goals-against average and a .921 save percentage in two games with the ECHL's Gwinnett Gladiators this season
RAMZI ABID: Registered five points (2G, 3A) in his last three games after being held scoreless in his previous two contests ... Paces the team with 15 points in 14 outings this season ... Ranks second on the club with seven goals, eight assists, four power-play markers and 42 penalty minutes
KEVIN DOELL: Collected four goals in 14 games this season after notching four in 45 matchups with the Wolves last year ... Ranks fourth on the team with four goals ... Notched 12 points and 69 penalty minutes with Chicago last season
SCOTT BARNEY: Paces the Wolves with nine goals and five power-play markers in 13 games this year ... Holds second on the team with 13 points ... Collected career-highs with 20 goals and 34 points in 44 games with the AHL's Manchester Monarchs in 2003-04
MARK POPOVIC: Accrued two assists in his last three games after posting just two in his previous five contests ... Shares the lead among team defenseman with six assists and seven points in 13 tilts this season ... Tallied 17 assists, 18 points and 47 penalty minutes in 74 games with the AHL's Cincinnati Mighty Ducks last year
BRIAN MALONEY: Ranks third on the club with six goals and fourth with 10 points in 14 games this season after notching two goals and two assists through 14 contests with the Wolves last year ... Paces the squad with 56 penalty minutes after ranking fourth on the team with a career-high 164 penalty minutes in 77 games last season WOLF TRACKS
Chicago collected its first home win of the season last Saturday after dropping its first three contests at home; the Wolves play seven of their next nine games at the Allstate Arena.
Chicago has held its opponents to three or fewer goals in each of its last two games (2-0-0-0) after surrendering four or more in each of its previous five contests (0-3-0-2).
The Wolves earned their first shootout win of the season last Friday; prior to the victory the team dropped each of its first two games that reached the shootout.
Chicago ranks third in the league on the penalty kill at home at 92.5 percent (37 of 40).
SHOT DOWN
Chicago established a franchise record last Friday by not allowing a single shot in the third period against Peoria; the Wolves previous record stood at one, set in the second period against the Cleveland Lumberjacks on Feb. 9, 1998.
NOTABLE
Wolves players Jimmy Sharrow, Karl Stewart and Tim Wedderburn will visit Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge on Tue., Nov 22, at 2 p.m., to meet patients, sign autographs and hand out goody bags.
