Wolves Look to Can Hunger

The Chicago Wolves will be collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items to benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository at home games on Sat., Nov. 20, Wed., Nov. 24 and Sat., Nov. 27.

Each person who brings a canned or non-perishable food item to one of the games will receive a raffle ticket for their chance to win lunch with Wolves forwards Ben Simon and Derek MacKenzie.

Last year, the Wolves collected 635 pounds of food over two home games, which provided 476 meals for those in need. Overall, the team has donated 3,673 pounds of food in the last five years.
