Winchester recalled by Oilers

The Edmonton Oilers have recalled forward Brad Winchester from the Hamilton Bulldogs.

Winchester, 24, has posted 29 points (19 goals, 10 assists) in 33 games with the Bulldogs this season. He leads Hamilton in goals and power-play goals (13) and is on a four-game point streak (3g-4a-7pts). The Madison, Wisconsin native has played in 14 games with the Oilers this season, going scoreless while recording nine penalty minutes.

The Bulldogs next action will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, February 28 when they play the fourth game of their current seven game road trip against the San Antonio Rampage. Game time is 8:00 p.m.

Hamilton's next home game will take place on Friday, March 10 when they take on the Manitoba Moose. Game time is 7:30 p.m. and it can be seen live on Hamilton's Cable 14. Tickets are available at Copps Coliseum Box Office (in-person sales only), any Ticketmaster outlet, online at ticketmaster.ca, or at select Sports Obsession locations.
