Right winger rejoins Iowa

DES MOINES, IA - Iowa Stars Director of Hockey Operations Scott White announced this morning that the Dallas Stars have reassigned right wing B.J. Crombeen from their ECHL affiliate, the Idaho Steelheads, to their AHL affiliate, the Iowa Stars.

The 6-2, 212-pound Crombeen was selected by Dallas with their third choice, 54th overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. In 38 games with the Iowa Stars, he has registered four goals and seven assists: 38(4/7/11). Crombeen recorded the first penalty in Iowa Stars franchise history (roughing, :47 into 1st period) on October 6th.

The first-year professional has appeared in eight games for Idaho, notching five goals and three assist: 8(5/3/8).

NEXT GAMES: The Stars return home to face the Rochester Americans on Tuesday, February 28th. The 2 for 1 Tuesday game will have a 7:05 PM face-off.
