With the second overall selection in the first round, the Westchester Knicks took guard Jimmer Fredette (6-2, 195). A native of Glens Falls, NY, Fredette played four seasons at Brigham Young University. In his time at BYU, Fredette would become one of the best players in all of college basketball. Fredette finished his collegiate career as the all-time leading scorer in both BYU and Mountain West Conference history (2,599). He was selected 10th overall in the first round of the 2011 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks. Fredette played five seasons in the NBA with three organizations (Sacramento Kings, Chicago Bulls, New Orleans Pelicans) and most recently appeared in two preseason games with the San Antonio Spurs.
Westchester selected J'Mison Morgan (6-11, 275) with its second pick (23rd overall). A center from Oak Cliff, TX, Morgan began his collegiate career at UCLA before transferring to Baylor University for his final two years of eligibility. In 2010-11, Morgan appeared in 31 games for the Baylor Bears, averaging 3.0 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game.
