Erie BayHawks Acquire 24th Overall Pick Myck Kabongo and Player Rights to D.J. Seeley

Erie, Pennsylvania, October 31, 2015 - The Erie BayHawks have acquired a second-round pick (no. 24 overall), Myck Kabongo of the 2015 NBA Development League Draft and the player rights to guard DJ Seeley from the Delaware 87ers in exchange for the returning player rights to John Bohannon and Peyton Siva. This trade is subject to the completion of physicals by Seeley, Siva, and Bohannon.

Seeley led the 87ers in scoring last season after being drafted 19th overall in the 2014 NBA Development League Draft. He most recently signed with Besiktas of Turkey. Seeley averaged 19.4 points, 5.1 assists, and 4.1 rebounds for the Delaware 87ers in the 2014-15 season.

Kabongo played for the Texas Legends and Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA Development League last season. He played for Texas at the collegiate level.

The BayHawks tip-off their season on November 14th against the Westchester Knicks. They to Erie Insurance Arena the following weekend to square off against the Delaware 87ers on November 2nd.
