BLADES WIN: The Saskatoon Blades defeated the Prince Albert Raiders 3-1 in front of more than 6,000 fans at SaskTel Centre! It was the team's annual Teddy Bear Toss Game presented by SaskMilk, and it did not disappoint. It's the team's tenth-straight win, and 14th in their last 15 games. The Blue and Gold improve to 25-5-0-0, continuing their record-setting start.
WATTERODT SHOW: Rosetown, SK's own Vaughn Watterodt had a night for the ages. Not only did he net the goal sending every Teddy Bear flying through the air, he added two more for his first-career hat-trick! Watterodt's now up to 13 goals on the season and 22 points in 30 games.
NEXT GAME: Two of the countries top teams battle as the Blades travel east for a weekend back-to-back against the Winnipeg ICE. Puck drop Friday night is 6:00pm, while Saturday is a 5:00pm start.
