Victoria's Purinton Suspended Six Games

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Friday that it has suspended Victoria defenseman Dale Purinton for six games as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #250 against Bakersfield on December 7.
At 5:16 of the third period, Purinton was assessed a five-minute major penalty and a game misconduct penalty under Rule 53(b) Elbowing.
Purinton is suspended six games under Rule 33A Supplemental Discipline.
Purinton will miss Victoria's games vs. Mississippi (Dec. 10), vs. Mississippi (Dec. 11), vs. Mississippi (Dec. 13), vs. San Diego (Dec. 17), vs. San Diego (Dec. 18) and vs. San Diego (Dec. 20).
