INDIANAPOLIS -- Manager Dean Treanor became the first skipper in franchise history to lead the Indians to five straight winning seasons as Indianapolis defeated Durham, 4-1, for the 73rd victory of a 144-game regular season (will finish at least 73-71).

Treanor entered the 2015 campaign as the first Tribe manager since 1975 (Vern Rapp) to oversee the club through more than four seasons, and tied with International League Hall of Famer Dave Miley as the team's only two skippers to finish above the .500 mark in four straight years.

Including today's milestone win, Treanor has piloted the Indians to an overall record of 390-308 (.559) since the 2011 season.

Top prospect Tyler Glasnow pitched five shutout innings, working around early trouble by striking out the side with the go-ahead run on third base in the bottom of the second. Glasnow has tossed at least 4 2/3 innings while allowing no more than one run in each of his first four Triple-A starts, but has yet to factor into a decision.

Josh Bell went a perfect 3-for-3 to pace the offense. Willy Garcia doubled, scored and drove in a run against the Bulls.
